Gregory P. Wilken
Greg Wilken is the Founder and CEO of Endunamo Consulting a Human Resources consulting company that provides HR expertise and advice to nonprofit organizations. Endunamo works closely with nonprofits to provide highly-personalized, cost-effective HR consulting that helps them to flourish and to better align their HR practices with their missions and values.
Greg is also the co-founder of the Nonprofit HR Collaborative, a professional development networking group for nonprofit professionals who have responsibility for leading or managing their people. The NHRC meets bimonthly and is open to anyone who works for a nonprofit and is interested in helping their organization to be more successful by improving its Human Resources.
Prior to forming Endunamo, Greg practiced employment and labor law and worked in corporate human resources. He has worked in all aspects of HR with a particular focus on employee relations, labor-management relations and HR compliance.
Greg has a B.A. from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota where he majored in History and a J.D from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Minnesota.
Greg serves on the Board of Friends of Red Rock Canyon a nonprofit founded in 1984, whose mission is to promote the preservation and enhancement of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area through volunteerism, philanthropy and education.
Greg lives in Las Vegas and spends his free time running, hiking, cooking and traveling.
