Judge Elana Lee Graham is the Justice of the Peace for Department 1 of Las Vegas Township. A Las Vegas native and Bonanza High School graduate, she earned her Psychology degree from the University of Nevada, Reno—where she captained the Nevada Wolfpack soccer team—and her law degree from the UNLV Boyd School of Law.
Before joining the bench, Judge Graham served as a legislative attaché in Carson City, a judicial law clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court, and prosecutor at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled a wide range of criminal cases and argued before the Nevada Supreme Court. Elected to the bench in 2018 and re-elected in 2024, she now chairs the Criminal Committee for the Las Vegas Justice Court and has presided over Domestic Violence, Initial Appearance, and Civil Court.
Judge Graham also mentors law students as a Faculty Advisor for Boyd’s Externship Program and was appointed in 2021 to a statewide commission to help revise Nevada’s Code of Judicial Conduct.
