Professor Viesca is a Deputy City Attorney at the City of North Las Vegas. Prior to joining the City of North Las Vegas, Professor Viesca clerked with the Honorable Patrick Flanagan and the Honorable David Hardy before becoming a law clerk with the Clark County District Attorney's Office, Civil Division.  He then worked as a staff attorney and lobbyist for the Eighth Judicial District Court.  Prior to law school, Professor Viesca was a legislative assistant with the Nevada State Legislature for three sessions (2009, 2011, and 2013).
