Professor Peter Bayer’s article, Debating the Self-Pardon: A Dialogue of the Evidence for and Against the Constitutionality of a Presidential Self-Pardon, co-authored with Professor Michael Conklin of Texas A&M, will be published in the Missouri Law Review. Professor Bayer authored the sections arguing that presidential self-pardons are unconstitutional, while Professor Conklin presented the opposing view.
