In addition to tuition, law students will be charged the following fees each semester:

Estimated Costs of Attendance
The estimated cost of attendance (COA) for the academic year (fall and spring semesters) will vary according to a student’s enrollment status. The estimated COA (excluding tuition and fees) for resident students during the 2012-2013 academic year is $20,449.
In the event a student withdraws from the law program, a tuition refund for the semester in which the student withdraws will be issued according to the following schedule:
|Withdrawal prior to or during the first week of classes:||100% tuition refund|
|Withdrawal after the first week of classes and before the seventh week of classes:||50% refund|
|Withdrawal after the seventh week of classes:||None|
Federal financial aid recipients are subject to a “Return to Title IV” and, as such, may owe UNLV for unpaid tuition and fees. Contact Student Financial Services for details.
Applicants offered admission to the law school are required to submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit which is credited toward tuition upon registration.
