Cord Foundation Professor of Law, will discuss her recent book, Readings in Persuasion: Briefs That Changed the World. Jeffrey Stempel, Doris S. and Theodore B. Lee Professor of Law, will discuss his recent book, Fundamentals of Litigation Practice. Jean Sternlight, Director of the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution and Michael and Sonja Saltman Professor of Law, will discuss her recent book, Psychology for Lawyers: Understanding the Human Factors in Negotiation, Litigation, and Decision Making. Marginal Workers: How Legal Fault Lines Divide Workers and Leave Them Without Protection
