In Memoriam: William "Bill" Kapalka '04 (1966-2012) William Kapalka, 46 an attorney of Las Vegas passed away from pancreatic cancer June 7, 2012. Bill was from Pittsburgh country, born June 1, 1966. He was a 2004 graduate of the UNLV Boyd School of Law. His law practice specialized in criminal and family law. He was recognized for his pro bono work receiving the Louis Wiener Service Award from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and at graduation, the law school's Dean's Award for public service. |
