Prospective Members

In the law, the great majority of the scholarly publications are student-run journals. At Boyd, theNevada Law Journal serves such a purpose, with our staff of 50 students soliciting, evaluating, accepting, and processing the scholarly submissions of students, faculty, and practicing attorneys. This process is both rewarding and demanding, providing law review staff members with broad exposure to the law and education in the finer points of Bluebook and general editing.

In addition to being a personally rewarding and educational experience, law review membership is a prerequisite for nearly all of the better law firms, significantly broadening job opportunities for those students participating therein.
