Shweta Kadam earned both her B.S. and M.S. in physics with specialization in electronics from the University of Mumbai, India. She also received a post graduate diploma in software technology, which required the completion of courses in Database Management, Networking, Object Oriented Programming and Computer Operations, and Operating Systems. While working as a software engineer in India, she gained proficiency in web programming using PHP, .NET, ASP and Java., with Mysql, and MSSQL, along with web site hosting and maintenance. As team and project leader, she served as a liaison between clients and her team and also provided clients with technical support. After more than five years as a software engineer, Shweta joins the Boyd School of Law as the research and administration computing manager. She will be responsible for all phases of computer systems including development, hardware and software inventory, and installation and maintenance.
