Cynthia Asher practiced for several years as an associate in the corporate litigation department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and as an associate in the health law group of Epstein, Becker & Green, PC. In addition, Ms. Asher worked on national health care issues for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as an Article and Notes Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. Ms. Asher received her M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a B.S. in Psychology from University of California, Davis. Her varied career in the private and public sectors enables Ms. Asher to counsel students and alumni in all stages of career development and in various areas of legal employment.
