Catherine Bacos
Director of Communications


Catherine Bacos received her B.A. in English at New York University in 2001. She has worked for various corporations including Cablevision Systems and its subsidiary, AMC Networks, comprising AMC, WE: Women's Entertainment and Fuse. After more than six years of corporate marketing experience in New York, Catherine moved to Hawaii to help open a new family business. In 2004, she also took a position at the University of Hawaii, Maui as the UH educational and student services specialist. Prior to joining the Boyd School of Law in 2007, she served as the director of franchise relations at Sushi Go! International Inc. As the director of communications, Catherine is responsible for developing the law school’s website, publications and media relations.
