Angela Morrison is the Legal Director of the Nevada Immigrant Resource Project (NIRP).  Angela comes to NIRP from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she was the first EEOC trial attorney in Las Vegas. While at the Commission, Angela engaged in complex employment discrimination litigation and prosecuted several cases involving multiple class members.  Angela also gave a number of presentations about federal employment discrimination law to community groups, professional organizations, and employer groups.  She covered topics such as the intersection of employment discrimination law and immigration, human trafficking and employment law, and best employer practices.  Prior to joining the EEOC, Angela served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Philip M. Pro, United States District Court for the District of Nevada.  Angela graduated summa cum laude from William S. Boyd School of Law in 2005, where she was a student attorney in the Thomas & Mack Immigration Clinic.  She also served as editor-in-chief for the Nevada Law Journal.
