Current Assignments

Week of 10/31: We will wrap up our discussion of Topic III.F ("Maintaining Perfection"), including a brief glimpse of the final significant change the 2010 UCC Article 9 amendments will bring to Nevada come July 1, 2013, then turn our attention to Topics IV.A ("Priority Basics") and IV.B ("Special Priority Rules: (Non-Fixture) Personal Property").

Week of 11/7: We will tie up any loose ends from our discussion of Topic IV.B, then turn our attention to Topics IV.C ("Special Case: Fixtures") and IV.D ("Collateral Disposition and Proceeds").
