Since early 2002, I have been tracking published cases applying, discussing, or relating in some way to Revised Article 9 (1999) of the Uniform Commercial Code and collecting articles and other published materials devoted to one or more issues under Revised Article 9. The buttons to your left will connect you to my most recent annotated list of cases and my most recent list of articles published in law reviews and other sources. The scholarship list does not include books, and so should not be taken as complete. I also update it less frequently than the case list. |
