In early 2002, I began tracking published cases applying, discussing, or relating in some way to Revised Article 9 (1999) of the Uniform Commercial Code and collecting articles and other published materials devoted to one or more issues under Revised Article 9. When new reported decisions began appearing daily and commentators began regularly appropriating my work without attributing it to me, I rechanneled my time and effort, some of the fruits of which will appear in a forthcoming book for Aspen. My altered course notwithstanding, I see no reason to remove what I had already posted. I might even update one or both at a later date. For now, the buttons to your left will connect you to an annotated list of cases and a list of articles published in law reviews and other sources, respectively. The scholarship list does not include books. |
