Current Assignments
- Week of 4/18:
We will begin with a relatively brief discussion of Topic VI.F (Anticipatory
Repudiation), tehn devote the balance of the week to Part VII of the Reading
List: Remedies. Reminder: We have a make-up class Thursday 4/21
immediately following our regularly-scheduled 9:00-10:30 a.m. class.
- Week of 4/25:
We will tie up any loose ends remaining from our discussion of contract
remedies and then take a quick tour through the highlights of Part VIII:
Enforceability in the Absence of a Contract. Reminder: Class meets
on Tuesday 4/26, which is both an "administrative Monday" and our
last scheduled class meeting of the semester. Be sure to check
your e-mail for information about optional review sessions.
