Innocence Clinic

This course will teach about the systemic causes of wrongful convictions and investigating an innocence case.  Students enrolled in the course will work on Nevada claim of innocence cases referred from the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center and develop reform proposals to address systemic issues in the Nevada criminal justice system.  Students participate in a twice-weekly seminar and are expected to devote an average of three hours per credit hour each week to clinic activity.
